During business hours, our telephones are answered by our staff, not an automated attendant. Many customers request a particular V.E. Ralph representative time after time, enjoying the convenience of an established business relationship. All of our customers receive prompt and thorough response to their needs, whether they call once a week, or once a year.
Bids, Quotations, and Proposals
V.E. Ralph will gladly provide prompt response to requests for quotations. We deal regularly with volunteer organizations, industry, and government entities at all levels, and we can assist you in development of product and contract specifications.
Our extensive inventory enables us to fill most orders completely on the same day they are received. Our information systems are continually updated so products can move from our shelves to yours as soon as they are needed.
We excel in prompt and reliable delivery. Orders placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same day. We use FedEx, UPS, and a host of other carriers to meet your specific delivery requirements. On most orders for regular ground delivery, we pay the freight charges (please see our Terms and Conditions for more information).
