Versatile and effective CombiCarrier II can be used as either a scoop or a full backboard. Concave surface provides lateral support. Works with most models of head immobilizers. X-ray compatible, with clear center section allowing for full A-P spinal visualization, easily removed if desired. Seamless plastic construction, foam-filled, can be used for water rescue. Integral speed-clip pins with offset handholds. Comes complete with 4 patient restraint straps.
